Customer Loyalty
At Salonlines we believe our customers are important, so as a big thank you we've introduced a new Loyalty Scheme that rewards you with points every time you buy online! You will then be able to use these points to buy products online by clicking the button "use points" in the shopping basket when logged in.
Salonlines awards points based on product prices and will be rounded up to the nearest pound - helping you to earn even more points! Your shopping basket will let you know how many potential points you will earn on that order after making a purchase.
The points you can earn will be clearly shown on a coloured coin next to each product. The number of points will awarded will vary depending on the current promotion, but the following guide indicates what each colour means:
Normal Loyalty Points
Get 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent
Double Loyalty Points
Get 2 loyalty points for every £1 spent
Triple Loyalty Points
Get 3 loyalty points for every £1spent
5 x Loyalty points
Get 5 loyalty points for every £1 spent
The points earned against each order will appear in your profile page after the order has been shipped. You can then redeem your points and use them on your next order when on the shopping bag page. If you do not use your points don't worry we will carry them over for you so you can save them over time.
Please note: Loylaty Points cannot be used against delivery costs or by Trade customers.
